Vytas is expanding! We are looking for experienced process technicians, electrical and instrument technicians and mechanical fitters. Experience handling hazardous materials and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude required. We are based in Henderson, producing Ultra High Purity Quartz.

Meet Neala Gillespie!
Vytas is proud to introduce Neala who joined the Vytas team in 2024 as our OHS and Environment Manager. With over 30 years of experience, Neala has provided strategic direction on environmental, health and safety, and social governance (ESG) for complex, high-risk operations both in Australia and internationally. Her expertise spans the full mining and processing lifecycle and she is renowned for integrating sustainable practices into operational strategy through credible, ethical, and collaborative leadership.
