Silane (Polysilicon)

Silane’s applications are broad and driving technological advances across sectors including polysilicon for the solar industry and in the semiconductor industry.

Vytas competitive advantage is utilising a carbon fee nano-porous silicon (mitigating 12 tonnes of carbon for every tonne of silicon) and a low energy conversion process to silane which is a precursor to polysilicon.

Vytas’ strategy is to work with industry participants in the semiconductor and solar industry to produce a carbon free silane and polysilicon that resets the benchmark on price globally.
